The iHeritage project is developed in Petra through various immersive applications: virtual tour content can be enjoyed at the archaeological site in Jordan, accessible both On Line before the visit and On Site, with VR viewers.  The archaeological site is presented with a virtual tour, with interactive 360-degree area views. From the aerial view, one lands at individual points of interest and explores the archaeological contexts with in-depth content. Thanks to archaeological reconstructions, holograms will be reproducing archaeological artifacts and monuments, creating an inedited virtual museum experience.
