A woman fringing the shemaghShemagh Fringing (Decorating the Head Cover called Shemagh)
It is a craft aimed at decorating the Jordanian head cover shemagh for men with white soft wool strings. It is hemmed by weaving the soft wool strings on the edge of the shemagh with a hook or obelisk, and then weaving the edges of the Shemagh with raised threads, and every few strings are tied together and then cut to produce the fringe of the traditional art.
